Is your service keeping up with Long Service Leave compliance requirements?

There are specific records which must be kept for each employee in OSHC and long day care services under the Long Service Leave Act 1987 and the Long Service Leave Regulations 2002.

If you have never read, and/or fully understood, the Long Service Leave
Act 1987 and Regulations 2002, how will you know that you are complying with the relevant requirements?
How can you be sure you are putting aside the correct financial provisions to meet your obligations, when the time comes for staff to take LSL or to apply for payment in lieu of LSL?

We have two more Long Service Leave training sessions on offer through Network SA this year.

The first session on the 13th September is over 50% full already.
