Network SA is a resource and advisory service for operators, managers, boards and management committees of community based and private children’s services such as child care centres and Out of School Hours Care services.
We can provide your children’s service with confidential support and advice about 

  • staff selection
  • induction of new staff
  • staff performance development, appraisal and feedback
  • succession planning
  • financial reporting
  • budgeting
  • minimising the risk of fraud
  • record keeping
  • marketing
  • meeting procedures

and other aspects of financial and human resource management, governance, leadership and administration.
Information is provided via the telephone, fax, email, resource papers, training programs and face to face visits.
Straightforward, general management advice can be provided free in the first instance to all eligible services.  Eligible services are those child care services which attract Child Care Benefit for families.  This is funded by the South Australian Professional Support Coordinator (PSC), the Gowrie Training Centre.  Additional support and support on industrial matters is available to members of Network SA Extra.
