Pricing

• Prices, products and offers include GST (excluding gift vouchers).  At the discretion of NSA customers outside of Australia may pay using other currencies.  Any costs associated with exchanging non- Australian currencies to Australian dollars will be borne solely by the customer.
• All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering.
• Sale items are only available at the lower price during the sale period.
• Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.
• We reserve the right to correct any printing errors.

Delivery Costs

Some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. Please email details of the products required for a final freight cost. Alternatively, feel free to submit your order with query and we will contact you to arrange appropriate shipping. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.

Australian Delivery

Please note that domestic orders are sent via Australia Post. All Australian orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details. Please note that we are unable to accept orders to P.O. Box numbers.

Delivery Delays

Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

International Ordering

International airmail orders are traceable to the point where they have left Australia. The delivery of these orders are subsequently reliant on overseas postal services.

Additional Identification

Some international orders may require additional identification before being processed. The transmission of this information to NSA Retail may affect estimated delivery times. NSA Retail reserves the right to request additional identification prior to processing orders originating outside Australia.

Customs and International Duty

While Australian tax (G.S.T.) is removed from all international orders please be aware that your order may be subject to local Custom's duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Any incorrect, damaged or missing items in an order must be reported to NSA within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. 
Any attempt to cancel an order must be made as soon as possible.   If cancellation is made after dispatching, the customer will be required to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package as well as the cost of return shipping.  Cancellations must be communicated by email or fax.
We will gladly refund, credit or exchange all returns on presentation of the original NSA On-line Shop sales docket. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns are to be sent to:

Where the original payment was made by cheque or money order, please allow up to 21 business days for refunds to be processed.

Overseas Returns

Please contact us prior to returning goods to Network SA. Where a refund of goods is payable all items are required to be returned by the recipient at their own expense using the same credit card used for the original order. Upon receipt of the returned goods Network SA will:

• Refund the original cost of goods plus the initial delivery charge to the original credit card used to place the order.
• Refund the mutually agreed return postage charges to the same credit card.

No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and Network SA. Please include all return postage receipts. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns of international shipments are subject to our International terms and conditions.

Australian Law

There are a number of Australian laws in pertaining to fair trading and privacy including the Trade Practices Act 1974 and the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (with Amendments in 2000). Network SA On-line Shop welcomes feedback and attends to all complaints promptly. Please email, fax or write to us using the contact information presented on this page.

NSA Materials, including pages and on-line images, are protected by the Copyright Laws of Australia. All rights are reserved.
When you access the Network SA On-line Shop you agree that:

• You may retrieve the NSA's materials for information only.
• You may save a local copy or send it to your printer for your own personal use or in order to inform authorised and potential users about the NSA materials. However, you may not make any charge for such use and any commercial exploitation is expressly prohibited.
• You must include the copyright notice in any copy that you make.
• You may not modify the information found in NSA materials without the express permission of the NSA.
