In this workshop we take a practical look at the how’s and why’s of rostering and ratio’s.
We link sound rostering practices with financial planning and analyse the outcome.

This is an interactive workshop. Participants should:
Gain insight into their own rostering practices and question the reasons for these practices
Explore how to work within tight budget constraints and still maintain the ratios
Assess what steps to take if the staffing budget becomes excessive
Examine practical solutions for combining employment types to maintain stability of staff teams.

Please come to the session prepared to share rostering ideas and concerns. We request that you do not bring information that refers to the actual names of staff members. Pseudonyms are acceptable.
