In most instances, training provided by us to management and staff of child care centre's and OSHC services is subsidised by the Department of Family and Community Services.

You are invited to contact our office to discuss your centre's training needs. Our staff can visit your service to deliver management training and advice to management committees, boards, managers and staff teams. Each session is customised to meet your needs.

Management Committee Orientations
This training is designed to assist community based management committees to understand their role and responsibilities. The training includes information on:
- How community based management works
- The responsibilities of management committees
- Relating and delegating to staff
- Similarities and differences between public sector, private sector and community sector organisations
- The difference between the roles of volunteer committee members and paid staff.
