Even with the new 2018 NQS changes, the requirement remains the same for Educational Programming.
Together we’ll unpack the Standard for “Educators and coordinators to take a planned and reflective approach to implementing the program for each child”.

• Building blocks for success - Unpack these terms: Emergent Curriculum, Intentional Teaching, Critical Reflection and Evaluation
• Look at the New NQS 2018: Unpacking the 3 Criteria for Exceeding in Educational Programming and Practice.

Stephanie is also the author of the NQS Review Kit for Education and Care services, a tool that enables educators to do a time efficient annual NQS review linked to Performance Plans and the QIP.
As an experienced Early Childhood Educator, Life Coach and former ACECQA Assessment Rating and Compliance Officer, Stephanie is passionate about the provision of high quality care for children.
Stephanie began her National Quality Standards (NQS) journey as a preschool teacher in a service that gained an ‘Exceeding’ rating for the NQS. She then worked for one year as an Assessment Rating and Compliance Officer, and then on to found her business- NQF Educational Consultancy. She has a working knowledge of the NQF from ‘both sides of the fence’
